PS Vietnam 2009 implements an integrated marketing communications campaign across Vietnam and throughout the South East Asia region, dynamically promoting the show adopting all marketing medium to attract quality attendance.

  • Advertising
    Press coverage and advertising in both trade and associations magazines at an international level, closely reinforced by local and international press advertisements and industrial web providers

  • Direct Mail
    An extensive direct mail campaign promotes the show to buyers, decision makers and industry professionals in the region. Targeted at leading buyers and specifiers, a comprehensive direct mail campaign is conducted at least 3 months prior to the show. Invitations are also sent to supporting associations and publications

  • Email
    A database of the industry professionals and emails are sent promoting the show both locally and internationally to encourage visitors to the show

  • Fax
    The PS Vietnam 2009 database is regularly contacted through a series of fax broadcasts

  • Press / Media Relations
    Regular press releases and media announcements are dispatched to a comprehensive in-house press database, free listing in the show directory and event supplements carried by supporting associations and media partners
